**Job Title:** Customer Support Executive

**Client:** US-Based Garments & Clothing Brand
### Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through calls and provide appropriate solutions.
* Assist customers with product, order, delivery, return, and exchange-related queries.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain customer interaction records in the system/CRM.
* Follow client guidelines and maintain good customer service quality.
### Requirements
* Good English communication and conversation skills.
* Positive listening and problem-solving ability.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Customer support/BPO experience preferred.
* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
