We are looking for an Ensemble Artist for a hybrid creative position that bridges the gap between behind-the-scenes content development and on-screen performance. This role is designed for a versatile creative who can seamlessly transition from the writers' room to the set. You will take creative ownership over original content series, contributing directly to both the narrative structure and the visual strategy, while serving as a primary on-camera talent.
Key Responsibilities

· Content Conceptualization: Pitch, develop, and refine original concepts for episodic content and standalone series.

· Scriptwriting & Dialogue: Draft compelling scripts and authentic dialogue, collaborating closely with the broader creative collective.

· On-Camera Performance: Serve as the primary on-screen talent, bringing a qualified theatrical presence and high-level execution to every scene.

· Improvisational Strategy: Utilize improvisational techniques to adapt scenes on the fly,



collaborating with directors and co-stars to find the most impactful narrative choices.

· Creative Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a team-based content collective to ensure the creative vision is cohesive from ideation to final cut.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Theatrical Background: Strong foundation in theatre or professional acting, with an undeniable on-camera presence.

· Language Fluency: Excellent, native-level fluency in Malayalam, with a deep understanding of local nuance, delivery, and cultural context.

· Emotional Range: Proven ability to rapidly pivot between different emotional states and tones to enhance and drive the storytelling.

· Writing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in collaborative writing and narrative structuring.

· Adaptive Mindset: Comfort with creative ownership, receiving constructive feedback, and operating in a fast-paced, experimental lab environment.
