KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store and retail staff, including sales associates, cashiers, store executives, supervisors, and other positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and hiring drives.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate the joining and onboarding process of selected candidates.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Knowledge of retail/store-level recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
