Integration Executive – Education Partnerships

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, career-oriented individual who is passionate about the education sector and interested in building a career in EdTech and early childhood education.

The Integration Executive will be responsible for visiting play schools, Montessori centres, and early learning institutions to present and explain our service offerings, build partnerships, and support the onboarding and integration of new partner institutions.

This role is ideal for someone starting their career in the EdTech/early education space, or for someone with less than one year of experience looking for an exciting career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and build partnerships with schools, government departments, and private education players.
- Meet school owners, principals, administrators, and other key stakeholders.
- Visit play schools, Montessori centres, and early learning institutions to introduce and explain our education service offerings.
- Conduct site visits, demonstrations, pilots, and follow-ups.
- Identify and track new business opportunities.
- Coordinate MoUs, basic documentation, onboarding, and reporting.
- Support the integration process for newly onboarded partner schools.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner institutions.
- Gather feedback from schools and educators and share insights with the leadership team.
- Assist the Director with field updates, coordination, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally during school visits, meetings, and presentations.

Requirements

- Passion for education, particularly early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Comfortable interacting with school owners, principals, educators, and administrators.
- Willingness to travel locally across Bangalore.
- Self-driven, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Good presentation and explanation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and follow up consistently.
- No strict educational qualification required.

Experience

Candidates with experience in education, sales, business development, field operations, or partnerships are welcome.

Freshers and candidates with less than one year of experience who demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
