Job Summary

Bharat Soft Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Data Analysts. The role is suitable for candidates interested in data analysis, reporting, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Analyze data using Microsoft Excel and basic analytical techniques.
- Identify data errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.
- Support business reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand and work with structured data.

Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, data visualization, or reporting tools is an advantage but not mandatory.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Candidates from BCA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BE/BTech, or related backgrounds may apply.
- Candidates willing to work from the Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune office are preferred.
