Job Description – RMS Executive (Risk Management & Surveillance)

Job Summary

We are looking for an RMS Executive with a valuable understanding of equity, derivatives, and financial markets. The role involves real-time risk monitoring, surveillance, reporting, and ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor real-time positions, net exposure, MTM, margins, and risk limits.

* Identify and escalate risk exposures, limit breaches, and unusual trading activities.

* Prepare daily/periodic risk, surveillance, and MIS reports.

* Analyze datasets and provide insights and recommendations.

* Monitor regulatory and operational changes and ensure process compliance.

* Coordinate with Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.

* Improve and automate RMS processes using Advanced Excel, VBA, and Python.

Education Qualification

* Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics,



or a related field

* Candidates with MBA/PGDM (Finance) or relevant professional qualifications will be preferred.

* *Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.*

Required Skills:

* Good knowledge of *Equity & Derivatives products and financial markets*.

* Advanced MS Excel skills.

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives / Series VII – SORM / Series XVI – Commodity Derivatives certification is an advantage.

Work Timings : 3PM - 12AM
Working Days : 6 Days (Sun - Fri)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
