Job Description: Senior Power Automate (PAD) Architect & Lead Job Summary We are searching for an accomplished Senior Power Automate Architect & Lead with 10 or more years of experience in software development and automation, who will champion enterprise automation initiatives. This role is suited for a strategic leader with hands-on technical expertise, who remains actively involved in the development, coding, and debugging of sophisticated automation workflows. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Power Platform—including both Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Cloud Flows—and serve as a key authority in establishing enterprise automation standards while personally delivering high-impact, scalable solutions. A central responsibility of this position involves overseeing complex UiPath-to-PAD migration projects, leveraging extensive engineering background to modernize legacy architectures for cloud- native environments. As a "player-coach," you will effectively integrate architectural vision with technical delivery, provide mentorship to development teams, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. Role and Responsibilities Hands-on Development: Devote substantial time to developing, testing, and deploying advanced Cloud and Desktop flows, prioritizing code quality and solution robustness. Architectural Strategy: Design comprehensive technical frameworks for enterprise automation, emphasizing optimization for Dataverse, as well as security and scalability best practices. Legacy Migration: Manage the technical transformation of UiPath/Blue Prism portfolios onto Power Automate, performing thorough code analysis and translating legacy business logic into the native capabilities of the Power Platform. Consulting & Assessment:
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to conduct process assessments, define automation guidelines, and evaluate technical feasibility. Custom Integration: Engineer and maintain Custom Connectors to facilitate seamless integration between Power Automate, proprietary platforms, and third-party APIs. Agile Delivery: Operate within an Agile environment to coordinate sprints, manage technical debt, and oversee incremental releases to continually expand RPA functionality. Mentorship & Troubleshooting: Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for the team, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex technical challenges involving environment or workflow logic. Technical Skills & Qualifications Experience: At least 10 years in Software Engineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Platform Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows). Development Skills: Strong skills in .NET frameworks, with professional competency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. O365 Ecosystem: Advanced knowledge of Office 365 development, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Apps. Data Modelling: Comprehensive understanding of Dataverse (CDS) entity modelling and multi-workplace management. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting consulting-led assessments to executive and technical audiences. Legacy Knowledge: Familiarity with other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism is highly advantageous, particularly for migration-oriented projects. Certification Details - Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer (PL-500) – Highly Preferred, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) – Recommended, Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) , UiPath Advanced RPA Developer – Good to have
