Job Title Microsoft Power Platform Full-Stack Solution Architect with OCR & Copilot Experience Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Power Platform full-stack solution architect to lead automation initiatives within our Automation Center of Excellence (COE) for a strategic client in the commercial airline industry. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, industry insight, and business acumen to design and deliver innovative automation solutions leveraging Power Platform, OCR technologies, and Microsoft Copilot. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Technology Ownership Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade automation solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices. Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and reliability across all solutions. Discovery & Solutioning Partner with COE functional analysts to assess automation viability and recommend fit-for- purpose solutions. Conduct proof-of-concept builds, prepare estimates, and co-present value cases. Define infrastructure and licensing requirements for Power Platform and Copilot solutions. Solution Design & Delivery Prepare solution design documents (SDD) and secure sign-off from client architecture boards. Architect and implement solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder (OCR), and Copilot Studio. Guide developers, resolve technical impediments, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Operations & Continuous Improvement Provide thought leadership in backlog management, incident resolution, and reusable asset creation. Mentor developers, fostering growth into lead technologist roles. Client Engagement & Leadership Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and solution blueprints with Copilot-enabled automation strategies. Evangelize Copilot adoption across business units, showcasing productivity gains and industry-specific use cases.



Required Skills & Experience 10–16 years of overall industry experience in software/product development. 3+ years as a solution architect or technical lead in Microsoft Power Platform. 3+ years of experience in OCR automation projects (preferably AI Builder). Robust expertise in Microsoft Dataverse data modelling, security roles, business rules and performance optimization for canvas and model driven apps. Hands-on experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) including Managed Solutions, Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Power Pages and external user access scenarios. Hands-on expertise in Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder. Strong background in enterprise-grade solutions using .NET / Java / object-oriented programming. Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, React.js is a plus. Familiarity with Cognitive Automation, ML, NLP, OCR, Document Automation. Exposure to other RPA/low-code platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, ServiceNow, Salesforce) is desirable. Copilot-Specific Expertise Integration of Microsoft Copilot into Power Platform solutions. Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for building custom copilots. Familiarity with Copilot for Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI practices. Industry use cases: leveraging Copilot for document automation, OCR-enabled workflows, and operational efficiency in aviation.
