Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable SCM solutions using GitHub and Backstage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices.
- Monitor and optimise performance of SCM tools and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SCM technologies.

Requirements
- Proven experience in software architecture with a focus on SCM platforms with 8 to 10 years of experience.
- Solid proficiency in GitHub and Backstage.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based SCM solutions.
- Knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
