Job Description

- Oversee and manage security operations across all areas of the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets
- Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to identify and respond to potential security threats or suspicious activities
- Conduct regular security patrols throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Manage access control systems and verify credentials of staff, contractors, and visitors entering the premises
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns, documenting all occurrences in detailed incident reports
- Supervise and coordinate with security team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures in accordance with Fairmont standards and company policies
- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance overall property security
- Maintain security equipment and systems, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance requirements to management
