This is primarily a media & marketing role, with AI as a strong supporting skill. You'll work alongside the marketing team on campaigns, content, social media, research, and reporting — using AI tools to make that work faster, more organized, and more effective. It's a hands-on associate role, not a separate technical function.

What You Will Do

• Work with the media & marketing team on day-to-day campaigns, social media, content, and execution.

• Help develop content ideas, captions, briefs, and campaign themes.

• Research competitors, market trends, audiences, and content trends.

• Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, and vendors.

• Maintain campaign and content calendars, reports, and recurring activities.

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for ideation, research, copy, reporting, and campaign planning.

• Spot repetitive tasks and build simple AI / no-code workflows to save time.

• Track campaign performance and share useful observations from marketing data.

Who We're Looking For

• Marketing-oriented: genuine interest in marketing, media, content, social media, and campaigns.

• AI-aware: comfortable using modern AI tools practically — you don't need to be a developer.

• Hands-on & ownership-driven: you execute and follow through without constant supervision.

• Organized: you manage multiple activities, deadlines, and recurring tasks.





• Strong communicator: clear written and verbal communication.

• Tool-comfortable: at ease with Google Workspace / MS Office, spreadsheets, and online research.

Valuable to Have

Exposure to Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO/AEO, Google Search Console, or social scheduling tools; understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and marketing funnels; familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools; and any experience using AI for marketing research, content, or reporting — including college, internship, freelance, or personal projects.
