Role: Sales Team Leader – B2C

Experience: 3–6 Years
CTC: ₹5–7 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead, motivate and manage a team of B2C Sales/Telecalling executives

- Drive the team towards achieving daily, monthly and business sales targets

- Monitor calls and ensure quality, pitch and objection handling

- Conduct daily team briefings and provide regular performance feedback

- Track individual and team performance and identify improvement areas

- Allocate leads/calling lists and ensure maximum utilization of the team

- Manage team attendance, rosters and leave schedules

- Coach and re-train team members to improve conversion and productivity

- Handle escalations and support the team in closing challenging sales

- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports





- Participate in initial screening and hiring of new team members

- Track competitor activities, schemes and process performance

What We're Looking For

- 3–6 years of overall experience, preferably in B2C Sales / Telesales / Telemarketing

- Prior Team Handling / Team Leader experience is mandatory

- Strong track record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills

- Ability to coach and motivate a sales team

- Comfortable working in a target-driven and high-pressure sales environment

- Strong reporting, analytical and organizational skills

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- For location-specific roles:

- Delhi: Punjabi language proficiency for the Punjabi process

- Hyderabad: Telugu language proficiency for the Telugu process
