We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop visually engaging designs across digital, social media, branding, and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design fundamentals, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to simplify complex financial information into clear and engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging social media creatives, LinkedIn posts, web banners, and financial infographics.
* Develop and maintain brand identity, including logos, visual guidelines, and consistent brand communication.
* Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other print materials.
* Convert complex financial data and concepts into easy-to-understand visual content.
* Apply strong principles of colour theory, typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, and spacing.
* Handle image editing, vector graphics, file formats, resolutions, and print/digital exports.
* Develop creative concepts and visual stories aligned with business and marketing objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams,



incorporate feedback, and deliver projects within deadlines.
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for creative ideation, image concepts, content refinement, and improving design workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Strong understanding of graphic design and branding principles.
* Experience in both digital and print design.
* Strong data visualization and infographic design skills.
* Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication and ability to handle feedback constructively.
* Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted design and creative tools.
