Role & Responsibilities

- Administer, monitor, and optimize MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Runtime Manager, API Manager, Access Management) across development, staging, and production environments.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Mule Runtime instances on-prem and in cloud (AWS, Azure), ensuring high availability, performance, and security compliance.
- Implement and enforce CI/CD pipelines for Mule applications using Jenkins, Git, and Anypoint Platform APIs.
- Configure and manage API Gateways, TLS/SSL certificates, OAuth2, and SSO for secure API access and governance.




- Collaborate with developers and architects to troubleshoot deployment failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues across hybrid environments.
- Document platform configurations, deployment runbooks, and operational playbooks to ensure team readiness and audit compliance.
