We are looking for a high-performing International Sales Executive with strong communication, negotiation, and customer-conversion skills. The role involves engaging with international customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, handling objections, and driving successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sales conversations with international customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Identify customer requirements and deliver consultative product/service recommendations.
- Effectively pitch offerings, handle objections, negotiate, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet and consistently achieve individual sales targets, conversion goals, and assigned KPIs.
- Handle customer queries professionally while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups,



and sales closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned leads and follow them through to closure.

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of relevant experience in International Sales / International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication with strong conversational ability.
- Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, handle objections, and close sales.
- Solid customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Highly target-driven with a performance-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with international customers and night-shift schedules.
- Experience handling US customers/processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
