Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Associate to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, connecting with HR and business decision-makers, explaining MantraCare’s services, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B clients and business opportunities.
- Reach out to HR professionals, business leaders, and decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant MantraCare solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and move potential clients through the sales process.
- Schedule meetings and discussions with prospective clients.




- Coordinate with internal teams to support the sales and onboarding process.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Work towards individual and team business development targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
- Freshers can apply; candidates with experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition are also welcome.
