About the Role

Rasta Ventures is looking for a result-oriented Head of Sales / Growth to drive new client acquisition and grow the company's topline.

We are looking for someone with experience in business development, client acquisition, pitching, and closing deals within an advertising, branding, creative agency, or consulting setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and connect with potential clients for Rasta's services.

· Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

· Understand client requirements and prepare relevant proposals.

· Lead client pitches, presentations, and business discussions.

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

· Negotiate and close new business deals.

· Take ownership of sales growth and revenue generation.

What We're Looking For

· Experience in sales or business development at an advertising agency, branding firm, creative agency, or consulting business.





· Proven experience in client acquisition and deal closure.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to independently manage the sales process, from prospecting to closure.

· A commercially driven professional who can contribute directly to business growth.
