About the Role

Placement Catalyst is looking for an enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, client coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interviews.
- Understand client requirements and assist in candidate matching.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Assist the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets.
- Support basic business development and client outreach activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Strong willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
- Students, fresh graduates, and candidates looking to build a career in HR/Recruitment can apply.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
