About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Godown Incharge to manage daily operations at our tiles godown. You will oversee inventory, supervise loading and unloading, manage godown helpers, and ensure accurate, damage-free dispatches to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Loading & Unloading Supervision: Supervise daily unloading of tile consignments from trucks; ensure workers follow proper handling and vertical stacking standards to prevent chipping and breakage.

* Batch & Shade Management: Verify and segregate stock strictly by design, finish, size, and batch/shade numbers. Ensure different production batches are never mixed during storage or dispatch.

* Dispatch & Delivery Checking: Cross-check outgoing orders against delivery challans (box count, size, shade, and design) before loading customer vehicles.





* Returns Management: Inspect customer return boxes on arrival, verify quality, and ensure accepted stock is immediately restocked into designated racks rather than left in transit areas.

* Inventory & Record Keeping: Maintain daily inbound and outbound stock records; conduct regular physical stock counts to identify discrepancies and breakage.

* Labor Management & Housekeeping: Assign daily tasks to godown loaders/helpers, monitor attendance, and keep godown aisles clean and free of broken tiles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
