CRM Executive – Jewellery Industry**
Location: Sitapura, Jaipur .
**Job Responsibilities:**
Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and relationships.
* Maintain customer records and CRM database.
* Coordinate with sales and other departments for timely customer service.
* Handle customer feedback, queries and complaints.
* Prepare basic CRM and sales reports.
**Requirements:**
* 1–3 years of CRM/customer handling experience, preferably in jewellery.
* Positive communication and follow-up skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
