About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to support our sales and operations teams in delivering exceptional service to our travel partners and guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of travel bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update payment trackers, guest tracking reports, and CRM records on a daily basis.

Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of guest files and correspondence.

Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending bookings to maximize conversions.

Provide dedicated support for group bookings and high-value enquiries.

Coordinate with operations teams to verify costing sheets, itineraries, and booking details.

Communicate effectively with agents, guests, hotels, and transportation vendors.

Conduct courtesy calls, verification calls, and customer follow-ups.

Handle customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner.

Negotiate with hotels and transportation partners to obtain competitive rates.

Maintain and update sales pipelines and booking records.

Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined turnaround times (TAT).

Stay updated on destination knowledge, travel products, and market trends.





Qualification and skills:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism or relevant industry experience is preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in travel industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Air ticket booking, itinerary planning, hotel bookings, and travel operations.

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and email communication.

Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Salary Range: INR 15,000 to INR 25000
