**Customer Relationship Manager**

**Location:** Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Salary:** ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience

**Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused **Customer Relationship Manager** to join our team in Madhurawada, Vizag.

**Responsibilities:**

* Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.

* Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

* Follow up with customers through phone calls and messages.

* Understand customer requirements and assist them appropriately.

* Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries.

* Maintain customer records and update information regularly.





* Ensure a positive customer experience and valuable customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Customer handling and follow-up skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Candidates who can communicate in Telugu and English are preferred.
