Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the academy, manage the branch team, drive student admissions, and ensure the achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admission activities.
- Develop strategies to increase student admissions and branch performance.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular team reviews.
- Prepare and maintain branch reports, records, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with the management and other departments for smooth operations.
- Identify local marketing and business development opportunities.
- Address student and operational concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, education, or a related field.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sales, admissions, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to manage targets, reports, and daily branch operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
