We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs for corporate employees, freshers, and professionals. The role is open to candidates with expertise in either IT/Technical Training or Non-IT/Corporate Training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions through online and offline modes.
- Develop training materials, presentations, activities, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Customize training content based on learner and organizational requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interactive sessions using real-world examples and case studies.
- Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare training reports when required.
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams to understand training requirements.
- Continuously update training content based on industry trends and organizational needs.

IT/Technical Training areas may include: Python, Java, C/C++, SQL, Web Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies.





Non-IT/Corporate Training areas may include: Communication Skills, Business Communication, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Leadership, Team Building, Soft Skills, Customer Service, Sales, Skilled Etiquette, Interview Skills, Employability Skills, Time Management, and Workplace Behaviour.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, Faculty, or Learning & Development professional.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage different types of audiences and explain concepts clearly.
- Comfortable conducting both online and offline training sessions.
- Strong expertise in at least one IT or Non-IT training domain.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
