We're looking for an innovative and technically inquisitive Lead/Senior Business Analyst who possesses deep Life Sciences domain knowledge and enthusiasm for AI-powered innovation. This position extends beyond conventional requirements gathering and documentation work, connecting business strategy with fast-paced technical implementation. The right candidate will be able to grasp intricate life sciences processes and convert them into functional, concrete prototypes by utilizing contemporary GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to quickly develop proofs of concept.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D;, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations to grasp intricate business processes
- Convert business requirements into well-defined BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications
- Utilize GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to swiftly develop Proof of Concepts
- Foster stakeholder consensus throughout requirement collection and solution validation




- Lead Agile ceremonies and enable iterative delivery of AI-powered solutions
- Assess AI Agent frameworks and propose fitting approaches to address business challenges
- Test prototypes with end users and enhance them based on their input
- Serve as the connection point between business and technical teams to confirm solution viability
- Champion the integration of vibe coding methods within the business analysis team

Requirements

- 7-15 years of combined IT experience, with substantial expertise in Business Analysis
- Proficiency in Requirement Gathering, BRD, and FRD creation
- Strong capabilities in Stakeholder Management and Agile practices
- Understanding of AI Agents Framework and GenAI tools for fast prototyping
- Experience within the Life Sciences sector, encompassing Molecular Biology fundamentals
- Competency in vibe coding through low-code/no-code platforms and LLM assistants
- Awareness of life-sciences processes including R&D;, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations
