JOB DESCRIPTION – EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (EMT)

Designation: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Location: Manoharabad & Biknoor, Telangana
CTC: ₹2.00 LPA

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications may be considered:

- EMT / Emergency Medical Technician
- Emergency Medical Technology
- GNM – General Nursing & Midwifery
- ANM – Auxiliary Nurse Midwife
- DMLT – Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
- B.Sc Nursing
- BLS-certified candidates
- ALS / ACLS-certified candidates
- Other relevant recognized paramedical qualifications

Freshers are eligible to apply.

Candidates with BLS/ALS/ACLS training or emergency-care exposure will be preferred where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic emergency medical assistance to patients during ambulance transportation.
- Assess the patient's condition and monitor vital signs.
- Provide first aid and basic life-support assistance as per training and clinical protocols.
- Assist in handling emergency and trauma cases.
- Support patient stabilization and safe transportation to the hospital.
- Assist with oxygen administration and other emergency equipment as trained/authorized.
- Assist with patient lifting, shifting and safe transfer.
- Assist medical/nursing staff when required.
- Maintain ambulance medical equipment and ensure required supplies are available.
- Check and maintain emergency kits, oxygen equipment, BLS equipment and other assigned equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient-care records and ambulance documentation.
- Follow infection-control,



safety and emergency-response procedures.
- Communicate appropriately with patients, attendants, hospital staff and the operations team.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the ambulance and medical equipment.
- Follow all organizational SOPs and clinical protocols.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates having any of the following will be preferred:

- EMT certification
- BLS certification
- ALS / ACLS certification
- GNM / ANM qualification
- DMLT / other relevant paramedical qualification
- Previous ambulance/hospital/emergency-care experience

Experience

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with ambulance, hospital, emergency department, trauma-care or paramedical experience will also be considered.

Salary

CTC: ₹2.00 LPA

Approximate monthly CTC: ₹16,667

Actual in-hand salary will depend on the applicable salary structure and statutory deductions.
