Panacorp Software Solutions is hiring Business Development Analysts to support client acquisition and business growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, a client-oriented mindset, and an interest in sales and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through outbound calls.
- Explain the company's research and technical services professionally.
- Generate leads and maintain accurate client records.
- Follow up with potential clients and schedule discussions.
- Update daily sales activities using Excel and CRM tools.
- Work closely with the business development team to achieve targets.
Eligibility
- Any bachelor's or master's degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Robust English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Interest in sales, client handling, and business development.
