JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our Manjeri team.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding students' career goals, providing suitable course guidance, managing leads, and converting enquiries into admissions. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication, counselling, follow-up, and sales skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and parents.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Explain course structure, benefits, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle objections and provide effective solutions to student concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with Academic, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Participate in seminars, career guidance sessions,



and promotional activities.
- Provide regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

REQUIREMENTS

- Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in EdTech, Education Sales, Student Counselling, Inside Sales, or Telecalling will be an advantage.
- Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good counselling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
