Experience: Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions
- Support Agile development processes and sprint planning activities

Skill: Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in .NET development
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
- Experience with MVC architecture and design patterns




- Positive knowledge of SQL Server and database design
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Angular or full-stack development skills will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in leading development teams or modules
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework
