About the Role

* We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis.

* The designer will be responsible for creating high-quality posters, Thumbnails , visually engaging designs for OTT platforms, YouTube, social media platforms and other requirements.

* The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for design and a good understanding of typography, composition, colour, and current digital design trends.

Key Responsibilities

* Create high-quality posters and Design engaging YouTube thumbnails that are visually strong and attention-grabbing.

* Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

* Develop creative concepts from briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.

* Work effectively with typography, layouts, images, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements.

* Create designs from scratch, rather than relying primarily on templates.

* Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.





Skills Required

* Strong creative and conceptual thinking.

* Excellent understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

* Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant Adobe Creative Suite tools.

* Ability to create original designs from scratch.

* Good knowledge of current social media and digital design trends.

* Good communication and collaboration skills.

* Experience in OTT, entertainment, media, advertising, or digital content design will be an advantage.

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
