Job Responsibilities:

- Handle VMC production and overall shop-floor activities.
- Plan, monitor, and achieve daily production targets.
- Manage VMC operators, setters, and allocate work efficiently.
- Monitor machine setting, tooling, and process parameters.
- Ensure production as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor product quality and reduce rejection and rework.
- Optimize cycle time and improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
- Ensure proper safety and discipline on the shop floor.
- Guide and train operators and setters whenever required.

Required Skills:

- 12+ years of experience in VMC production.
- Strong knowledge of VMC machines, tooling, and machining processes.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
