Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python & AI/ML Developer with around 6 years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Python-based application development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered applications and services using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Build APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI-powered applications.
- Apply effective prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM performance.
- Work with frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
- Design and implement solutions using vector databases for semantic search and RAG applications.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker.
- Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Deploy and maintain AI/ML applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of RAG and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
- Valuable knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Docker and Git.
- Exposure to at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

6 years of relevant software development experience, preferably with hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI projects.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience delivering LLM, RAG, or Generative AI applications to production will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can work from Indore are preferred.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
