F&B; Assistant – Restaurant

Role Purpose

The F&B; Assistant is responsible for supporting the restaurant service team in delivering a smooth, professional, and attentive dining experience to guests. The role involves assisting with table setup, guest service, order coordination, food and beverage service, clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

The F&B; Assistant is expected to have a good understanding of the restaurant menu, including food and beverage offerings, key ingredients, accompaniments, allergens, and basic service procedures. The role requires close coordination with captains, servers, food runners, kitchen, bar,



and other team members to ensure timely and accurate service.

The position also involves preparing the restaurant before service, maintaining service stations and required equipment, assisting guests with basic requests, following restaurant SOPs and hygiene standards, and supporting the team during busy service periods.

The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, polite, energetic, attentive, and willing to learn. Robust communication, teamwork, and basic guest-handling skills are essential, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
