Paid Marketing Consultant – Google & Meta Ads

Key Responsibilities

- Develop paid marketing strategies for Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Plan B2B lead-generation campaigns for IT/technology services.
- Identify target industries, audiences, countries, and markets.
- Recommend campaign structures, budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Advise on landing pages, offers, messaging, and conversion funnels.
- Set up and review tracking, analytics, attribution, and reporting.
- Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies.
- Audit existing campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
- Guide and train the internal marketing team.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in Paid/Performance Marketing.




- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Experience with IT, Software, SaaS, Web/App Development, or Technology companies.
- International market experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking & analytics.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and consulting skills.
- Ability to develop and execute scalable paid acquisition strategies.

Someone who can help us identify what to advertise, whom to target, which markets to enter, how much to spend, and how to generate qualified B2B leads consistently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
