The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the property, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and student-friendly environment. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff and vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the property/hostel.
- Ensure student satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage hostel staff, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely services.
- Ensure safety, security, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Monitor and maintain property facilities and infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.




- Ensure proper inventory management of supplies and assets.
- Implement and enforce Aaalay policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification/training in Facility Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in property, hostel, student housing, co-living, or a related role.

Pay: ₹13,692.91 - ₹35,000.00 per month
