- Basic Day-To-Day Accounting [Maintaining all accounts in Tally.] Ledgers, Advances, Vouchers, Invoices etc. including making, if any.
- Tracking payments to internal & external entities. Staff, Vendors, Service providers etc. Staff attendance monitoring for salary and overtime calculations.
- Preparing budget forecasts – Cash Flow Planning.
- Processing of all tax payments and returns including GST. Providing all the requisite data to CA & CS for filing returns.
- MIS – Monthly Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Accounts, Turnover.
- Managing Customer D2C, B2B and Vendor Payments. Generation of PO, Invoices etc.
- Making Financial Projection Statements.
- Assisting the Consultants in Preparation of the Financial Section of the Investor Deck etc.
- Cost Accounting.
- The job would require office visits on certain days in the month.



Those pursuing CA article-ship would be preferred. Only candidates based in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai, will be considered. Freelance accountants handling multiple accounts, freshers with no prior work experience, out of Mumbai candidates, those wanting only remote operations, and those unable to give fixed time everyday to the assignment - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!
