Job Summary

: Engineer - Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), Network Automation Develop and maintain automation workflows, runbooks, and playbooks in iAutomate. • Integrate iAutomate with ServiceNow, APIs, infrastructure, and IAM platforms. • Automate incident, request, and operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce MTTR. • Create and support scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Ansible. • Perform platform administration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and health monitoring. • Maintain automation documentation, knowledge articles, and process guides. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to identify automation opportunities.

Responsible for developing, implementing,



and supporting automation solutions using the DRYiCE iAutomate platform to streamline IT operations, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery.
