Key Responsibilities
- Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital UPI transactions accurately.
- Order Management: Enter customer orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen or service staff.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and resolve billing queries.
- Register Reconciliation: Count the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts and prepare daily sales reports.
- Station Cleanliness: Keep the front counter, register area, and waiting space clean and organized.
Core Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Basic math proficiency, honesty, and familiarity with POS software.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
