Job Summary

We are hiring an Area Sales Officer with steel industry experience to develop the retail and dealer network across Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops and steel dealers across assigned areas in Chhattisgarh.
- Identify and appoint new dealers for steel products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers and distributors.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Regularly visit the market to understand demand, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Follow up on orders, payments and customer requirements.
- Expand the company's distribution network across the assigned territory.





Requirements

- Mandatory: Steel industry sales experience.
- Experience in dealer/distributor/retail sales of steel products.
- Robust market knowledge and willingness to travel extensively within Chhattisgarh.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates with an existing steel-market network will be preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler/driving licence preferred.

Experience: Relevant steel sales experience required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
