Job Title: Business Development Executive / Management Trainee – Path to Business Partner

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, driven fresher to take end-to-end ownership of business execution in Chennai. This is not a typical desk job — you'll be involved in everything from field operations to client/vendor coordination to strategy, with a clear growth path toward becoming a Business Partner with equity/ownership in the venture.

Eligibility

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

MBA in Marketing

Freshers welcome; internship or project experience in sales/ops is a plus

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of business operations — sales, marketing, vendor/client coordination, and ground-level problem solving

Build and manage customer/dealer relationships in the Chennai market

Drive marketing initiatives and identify current business opportunities





Apply mechanical/technical understanding to product or service delivery where relevant

Work directly with founders/leadership on strategic decisions

Take increasing ownership of P&L; and operations as the role grows

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
