Role Summary

We are seeking a B2B PPC Specialist to join our Marketing team and drive high-impact paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms. This role focuses on leveraging AI-powered tools and strategies to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and generate qualified leads for our B2B clients. You will work in our office on a full-time basis with a shift time of 12pm - 10pm IST. This is a single open position reporting to our Marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, launch, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Leverage AI-powered campaign optimization tools to improve targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative performance
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify high-value B2B opportunities
- Monitor campaign metrics in real-time and generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize conversion rates and cost-per-acquisition
- Implement conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and analytics integration across all platforms
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaign messaging with business objectives
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and new AI features; recommend process improvements

Must-have Skills

- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager
- Proven ability to manage B2B PPC campaigns with strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer personas




- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and LinkedIn conversion tracking
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, pivot tables, and campaign reporting
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Analytics (GA4), and tag management systems (GTM)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with AI-powered bidding strategies (Smart Bidding, automated rules, machine learning models)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to stakeholders

Good-to-have Skills

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms (DSPs)
- Familiarity with CRO tools such as Optimizely or VWO
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or ability to work with developers on landing page optimization
- Certification from Google, Meta, or LinkedIn advertising programs

Qualification Required (Education) & Technical Background

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Robust grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, customer acquisition funnels, and attribution modeling

Experience & Qualifications

You should have 2-3 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns in a B2B environment, with a track record of delivering measurable results. Your background should include successful campaign management across at least two of the three core platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), with demonstrated expertise in budget optimization, lead generation, and ROI improvement. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a strong portfolio of campaigns demonstrating your impact on lead acquisition and conversion metrics.
