The candidate will be responsible for editing engaging video content for YouTube and other digital platforms.The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound effects, subtitles, music, and visual effects and should be able to create clean and engaging videos.
Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Create engaging edits with proper pacing, transitions, music, sound effects, and graphics.
- Understand raw footage and convert it into polished, engaging content.
- Add subtitles, captions, animations, B-rolls, images, and other visual elements where required.
- Maintain consistency in editing style, quality, and branding.
- Work independently and complete videos within the given timelines.
- Take feedback and make required revisions.
- Organize and manage video project files and assets.





Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of storytelling and visual composition.
- Experience editing YouTube-style content is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to understand and create editing styles similar to the reference channels:
- Daniel Dalen: YouTube Channel
- Bruno Casanovas: YouTube Channel
- Should have a valuable sense of timing, pacing, music selection, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- A strong portfolio/showreel is required.
