What You Will Own - Your Responsibilities :
Create and maintain technical documentation (APIs, PRDs, system design, user guides)
Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications
Understand and enhance SaaS platform architecture and scalability
Design and manage data models and ERDs
Contribute to cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices, containerization)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Communicate technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders
Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability

Non-Negotiable Metric :
UNIT TEST PASS RATE + DEPLOYMENT ERROR REDUCTION
Target: 95% 15% YoY

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of Experience in Product Engineering
Strong knowledge of SaaS architecture & microservices
Expertise in technical documentation & ERDs
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with APIs (REST, Swagger/OpenAPI)
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Proficient in Git/version control
Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
