Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order preparation, dispatch and coordination with logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive, inspect and properly store incoming goods.
2. Prepare orders according to sales orders and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
3. Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
4. Perform physical stock counting and reconcile differences with system records.
5. Pick, pack, label and dispatch products accurately.
6. Check product details such as MRP, quantity, batch and expiry before dispatch.
7. Maintain proper warehouse documentation, invoices and dispatch records.
8. Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely dispatch.




9. Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle movements.
10. Support labour allocation and day-to-day warehouse activities.
11. Maintain proper storage, cleanliness and safety standards.
12. Use MS Excel/Word and basic ERP/WMS systems for inventory and data entry.
13. Report shortages, excess stock, damaged goods and inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
