Role: IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) Developer

Experience: 2-4 Years

Location: Remote - Mumbai/Pune/Gurugram/Chennai/Hyderabad/noida/Bengaluru

Primary Skills

- Robust knowledge of IDAM (Identity and Access Management) domain

- Hands-on experience in ISIM/ISVG implementation, administration, and upgrade

- Experience in:

- Installing, configuring, and customizing ISIM/ISVG/IGA solutions

- Developing IAM solutions and integrating various connectors

- User provisioning and aggregation

- Building LCM (Lifecycle Management) events and workflows

- Strong Java development background

Secondary Skills:

- Ability to:

- Develop and support identity governance tools

- Create audit reports for compliance (e.g., SOX, PCI, CPNI)

- Plan and execute product upgrades (including stabilization)





- Implement new code into UAT/Production environments

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to drive root cause analysis

- Experience in managing SLAs and addressing exceptions

- Strong communication skills to work with both technical and business teams

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Project leadership or coordination

- Writing documentation, test scripts, and workflow diagrams

- Source code management and compliance reporting

- Working in SDLC environments

- Willingness to travel within India for short-term project needs

- Familiarity with other IGA tools (e.g., Saviynt, Oracle Identity, Microsoft Identity, IBM ISIM, Arcon)
