Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and code quality.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards.
