Job Description:

Hands-on experience with IBM TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics, including production or application support responsibilities.
Experience in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) & Planning Analytics for Excel (PAFE) is must.
Strong knowledge of TM1 cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, rules, feeders, TurboIntegrator processes, chores, security and application administration.
Demonstrated experience in Level 2/3 support, incident investigation, troubleshooting, service restoration and root cause analysis.
Working knowledge of ITSM components and practices, including incident, request, problem, change, release, knowledge and service-level management.
Experience using an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow, or an equivalent enterprise service-management tool.
Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data integrations and batch-processing concepts.
Ability to analyse logs, job outputs, alerts, data issues and performance symptoms methodically.
Willingness and ability to participate in on-call support outside normal working hours, including critical support periods.
Solid written and verbal communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
