As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance metrics to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality of the product. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.- Monitor project progress and quality metrics to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML).- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies across complex application ecosystems.- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness and product quality.- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to align quality goals with business objectives.
