Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of projects and ensure successful execution within defined timelines, quality standards, and business expectations. The role involves managing teams, stakeholders, project priorities, risks, and overall delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage delivery teams to achieve project and business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Define delivery plans, timelines, milestones, priorities, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and optimal utilization of team members.
- Track project performance against SLAs, KPIs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular status reviews and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Handle escalations and resolve delivery-related issues proactively.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and other business teams as required.
- Drive process improvements to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, governance, and compliance across projects.
- Support capacity planning, forecasting, and workforce requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 8 12 years of relevant experience in delivery/project management.




- Robust experience in team management and stakeholder management.
- Excellent project planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Good understanding of KPIs, SLAs, delivery metrics, and project governance.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Experience in IT services / staffing / technology delivery will be an added advantage.
