Current key features of SDS React Library Enhancements to existing components and APIs Design token integration improvements

Features delivered, tested, peer-reviewed, merged into production branch, and meet accessibility and quality standards

SDS Ecosystem Integration & Platform Expansion

New SDS integrations with internal/external platforms Design-to-code pipeline enhancements Integration testing and validation

Integrations successfully deployed, automated tests pass, and documentation validated by consumer teams

Future Architecture & Innovation

Explorations, spikes, and technical POCs Technical recommendations and feasibility assessments Architecture decision documentation

Findings reviewed with SDS engineering leads and actionable recommendations provided for future roadmap decisions

Documentation, Storybook & Migration Tooling

Storybook enhancements and documentation updates SharePoint component fixes/features Codemod maintenance, updates, and migration support

Documentation updated, Storybook reflects latest functionality, and codemods execute successfully with no critical issues

Operational Support & Security Maintenance

Bug fixes and incident resolution Security patching and dependency updates Community support, PR reviews, office hours, adoption support

and community requests responded to within agreed timelines

Note: The ADT Tool roadmap, backlog, and PI objectives will be managed through Agile planning and may evolve throughout the engagement. Activities and deliverables will be prioritized through agreed governance processes and delivered within the applicable milestone categories. Acceptance will be based on successful delivery of agreed outcomes and deliverables within scope.
